Honda CBR500 has been spied along with CB500R and CB500X. Honda will officially reveal their new 500 cc superbikes at the world’s largest motorcycle show, EICMA (Esposizione Internazionale Ciclo Motociclo e Accessori) or the Milan Motor Show later this month. This year’s EICMA is the 70th edition and will open its doors for public from the 15th of this month.
All these models are designed differently but boast of some similar parts which have helped to accentuate aggressive pricing strategies employed by Honda. From these models, only the Honda CBR 500 is a fully faired version with other being related to as naked versions.
The Honda CBR500, CB500X and CB500R will be powered by a 470 cc parallel twin engine which boasts of power output of 46.9 bhp and torque of 40.65 Nm of torque. Top speed of these models is at 160 kmph and they can accelerate from 0-100 kmph within 7 seconds. Combined ABS option will be available for all models.
