Honda Motorcycles surprised everybody at the ongoing Delhi Auto Expo earlier yesterday when they launched the highly awaited 150 cc variant of their CBR motorcycle. Honda CBR150R looks just like the Honda CBR250R, but a little smaller. Powered by a 149 cc engine, Honda CBR150R generates a max power of 19 bhp and max torque of 17 Nm.
Price of Honda CBR150R was not revealed at the Honda press conference in Delhi Auto Expo, but expect the new Honda motorcycle to carry a price of approximately Rs 1.10 lacs. Honda CBR150R engine is mated with a 6 speed gearbox, has front and rear disc brakes, high ground clearance of 185 mm, weighs 138 kgs, in the front you will find telescopic fork suspension while on the rear Honda CBR150R has a telescopic linked mono shock suspension. Honda CBR150R has a fuel tank capacity of 13.1 lts.
Honda also launched six more two wheelers apart from CBR150R at the Delhi Auto Expo. Of these six, the all new Dio MotoScooter looked very attractive. On display, an all new Dio in matte black finish was also spotted. New Honda Dio has an all new and powerful 110 cc engine, replacing the old 102 cc engine. New Honda Dio will go on sale later this month at all Honda Motorcycle and Scooter dealerships in India.
Another noteworthy inclusion to the Honda stable was the 110 cc Dream Yuga motorcycle. Honda claims that the Dream Yuga motorcycle will return a mileage of 72 kmpl. Honda Dream Yuga 110 cc engine generates a maximum power of 8 bhp.
