Hyundai India launched the much awaited Creta SUV earlier this year in July. Within two months, Creta has become India’s best selling SUV with monthly average sales of 7,500 units.
Though Hyundai India has increased Creta’s production, there are many who are still waiting to take delivery of their new Creta SUV. With over 50,000 pending orders, Creta waiting list now has gone over six months in select cities for certain variants.
Those who are yet to receive the new Creta, get ready to pay more than what was earlier required. Hyundai Creta price has been increased by up to INR 20,000. The new prices are effective immediately.
Hyundai India had launched the Creta in July this year. With over 15,000 bookings received even before the car was launched, and with over 54,0000 received at the start of October, there is no doubt that Creta has been the most successful new car launched until now in 2015.
