2015 Hyundai Elite i20 launches in India on August 11. This upcoming model from the Hyundai India stables has elicited a great amount of enthusiasm among buyer hopefuls. Spyshots have emerged which has added to their enthusiasm. Latest spy shots reveal lit interior lighting on dashboard, steering controls and instrument panel.

Hyundai i20 Elite lit interiorsInteriors of the 2015 Hyundai Elite i20 sports a dual toned colour scheme while a long list of features also make their way on board. Elite i20 gets a new centre console with silver inserts. On board music system is compatible with CD/MP3, Radio, AUX-in, USB and Bluetooth, while an automatic climate control sits below the music system.

Interiors also boast of a new 3 spoke steering wheel with integrated controls for the music system while a white on black instrument cluster sports a multi information display. Total width of the Elite i20 has also been enhanced by 24mm from an earlier width of 1,710 mm which in turn results in added shoulder room in its cabin.

Hyundai i20 Elite lit LEDsNo engine changes will be seen on board the Hyundai Elite i20 which will continue to be powered by a 1.2 liter petrol engine and 1.4 liter diesel engine, mated to a 5 speed and a 6 speed gearbox respectively. Competition will come from Maruti Suzuki Swift, VW Polo, Fiat Punto Evo and upcoming new Tata Bolt and Honda Jazz, while prices of the Elite i20 could be in the INR 5-7.5 lakh range. Company dealerships have commenced bookings of the new Elite i20 hatchback on a down payment of INR 50,000.
