HMIL are official partners for International Cricket Council till 2015, and are ardent about their love and association for all cricketing events. The First Ball, much to the delight of both cricketing fans and Hyundai customers took a tour through 8 cities in India prior to it making its way to England.
These cricket balls were on display in specially branded Hyundai cars located at various Hyundai showrooms across the country. Fans got to pen their thoughts on cricket balls provided by dealers so as to cheer their favorite teams. This activity is being continued through the tournament. Once collected, the balls will be used to create a Hyundai Good Wish Wall at the Delhi fan park, with smaller replicas at other parks. The Blue by Heart campaign is on too. Fan parks will host audience engagement activities.
Hyundai ICC Fan Parks will screen all matches at select malls in 7 cities and 2 Airports from 6th June to 23rd June, 2013. This includes Select City Walk and Ambience Mall in Delhi, Infiniti Malad Mall in Mumbai, Express Avenue Mall in Chennai, Forum Value Mall at Bangalore, Prasad I Max Mall in Hyderabad, and South City Mall i Kolkata, apart from Delhi T3 and at Hyderabad airport.
