Hyundai Next Gen i10 and Santro hatchback 5 star Assurance Program
Next Generation i10 and Santro from Hyundai Motor India Limited will get a 5 Star Assurance Program, a limited period offer which will be aimed at enhancing value proposition for their customers. It is being designed to offer an all round service to customers from maintenance to road side assistance so that customers are contented with their purchase and have nothing to complain about.
Hyundai’s 5 Star Assurance Program will take care of total maintenance, motor assurance, warranty, exchange and roadside assistance for upto to 3rd year or 40,000 kms whichever is earlier. It will cover service and repair of parts and will offer a comprehensive motor insurance for Rs.1 besides a Warranty Assurance Program and 24 x 7 road side assistance for 2 years.
A special Loyalty or exchange assistance offer of Rs.15,000 will also be extended to customers on i10 and Santro. These extra benefits are targeted towards attracting more customers to the Hyundai fold and will be for a limited period only. Hyundai Motor India Ltd (HMIL), the country’s second largest car manufacturer and the largest passenger car exporter announced an offer for the Santro and the Next Gen i10 – the ‘5 Star Assurance Program’ – aimed at enhancing the value proposition for its customers. The Assurance Program is a limited period offer.
On the ‘5 Star Assurance Programme’, Mr. Arvind Saxena, Director, Sales and Marketing, HMIL said, “Our new 5-Star Assurance Program is designed to offer 360-degree services to our customers ranging from maintenance to roadside assistance. The primary objective being to enhance customer satisfaction long after the purchase has been made.”

Total Maintenance Assurance
The ‘Total Maintenance Program’ assures free maintenance for 3 years or 40,000 kilometers whichever is earlier. The program covers all service and repair including parts and materials as per the standard periodic maintenance service schedule and running repairs.
The ‘Motor Assurance Program’ will provide comprehensive motor insurance at Re. 1 and the ‘Warranty Assurance Program’ offers extended warranty for the 3rd year or up to 40,000 kilometers. Besides this, the scheme also includes free ‘24 X 7 roadside assistance’ for 2 years. The scheme also offers an Exchange/Loyalty offer of Rs. 15,000 for its customers.
