More powerful than a LaFerrari, Hyundai Santa Fe 1040 hp heading to 2016 SEMA Show

Claiming to have more power than a LaFerrari, the Hyundai Santa-Fe by Bisimoto offers 1,040 hp and is for this reason that it is nicknamed the ‘Santa-Fast’. Hyundai has teamed up with tuner Bisimoto to create this superfast wonder which is set to be the most powerful Santa-Fe SUV as on date.

Set with dealer installed accessories and performance parts, the new Hyundai Santa-Fe by Bisimoto is powered by a 3.9 liter Lambda V6 engine with added performance parts such as Arias forged piston, Crower connecting rods, custom camshafts and Golden Eagle cylinder sleeves.

Bisimoto has also added ARP head studs, 2,200cc fuel injectors and twin Turbonetics along with Spearco intercooler among others. The engine is capable of 1,040 hp peak power which is sent to rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission.

Spectators at the 2016 SEMA Show will be able to see the Hyundai Santa-Fe Santa-Fast with a set of KW coilovers, 19” Fifteen52 Tarmac R40 wheels shod in 265/35/19 Toyo R888 tires while braking performance is enhanced with Buddy Club four-piston calipers.

Exteriors receive an innovative Denmatic design scheme, Gatorwraps auto wrap and Hyundai Genuine Accessories mudguards along with a custom grille. Interiors have also been customized to match its exteriors. It is seen with custom console mounted shifter, Momo Daytona EVO seats and Bisimoto reservoir socks along with a 4 point chromo roll cage and Crow restraint harnesses while a Racepak IQ3 dash informs the driver of speed limits.

Hyundai Santa-Fe by Bisimoto will be on display at the 2016 SEMA Show scheduled from 1-4 November 2016.
