Hyundai Venue BS6 deliveries start – New price list for petrol, diesel

Unlike other major automakers, Hyundai has decided to continue offering diesel engines in the BS6 era. They have updated both petrol as well as diesel engine to meet BS6 norms.

The BS6 Hyundai Venue has been launched in two petrol and 1 diesel engine option. The petrol variant comes in at a starting price of Rs.6.7 lakhs while the new 1.5 liter diesel variant gets a base price of Rs.8.09 lakhs, up Rs.55,000 over their BS4 counterparts. All prices are ex-sh.

Unlike other leading automakers, Hyundai India has stated that it will continue to offer diesel engines in the BS6 regime, which gets off to a start from 1st April 2020. The Hyundai Venue hence gains a 1.5 liter diesel engine which takes the place of the outgoing 1.4 liter diesel engine which powered its earlier counterpart.
