Hyundai Venue Turbo variant undisguised photos leak – Interiors, exteriors detail

Hyundai Motors India Limited will launch Venue SUV next month. Ahead of that, the cars have started arriving at dealers. One dealer, who probably also deals in Mahindra cars, has received the Venue SUV, and it is from here that the images have been leaked.

Hyundai Venue is the country’s first Smart Connected SUV with the very latest in connectivity solutions called Hyundai BlueLink. There are 33 services offered through these built in advanced connected technologies out of which 10 are specific to the Indian market which heralds in a new era of smart connected cars in the country.

The India specific list comprises of driving behavior, share the destination, Real time vehicle tracking , Share and track vehicle location by family, Out-of-area alert, Speed Alert, Time fencing alert, Valet Alert, Idle Alert and Server voice recognition for Indian English enunciation.

Hyundai has extensively tested these connectivity features in India taking into account buyer’s demands, challenging road conditions in the country and the urgent need for safety, both of the driver and vehicle. Below are the undisguised photos of Hyundai Venue.

Speaking about the connected car features, Hyundai BlueLink provides first in industry services such as Vehicle Theft Tracking And Immobilization for the quick recovery of a stolen vehicle. In terms of safety features, it includes speed alert, geo fence alert, panic notification and share destination. Remote functions for engine start / stop, climate control (AC on / off), door lock and unlock along, with horn honk and light enhances driving conditions.

Hyundai BlueLink is a built-in and tamper proof system. It is powered by Vodafone SIM and Cloud based Voice Recognition platform from Global Artificial Intelligence company. It offers real time traffic navigation, local search in alliance with GPS and Interactive Voice Recognition in a local English. The advanced Smart Connected system also allows the primary owner to connect with many other family members or friends in the event of an emergency.

Hyundai Venue will be officially unveiled in India on 17th April. It borrows design elements from the India bound Kona; LED DRLs above headlight, re-positioned fog lamps and Creta inspired rear. It gets body cladding, sunroof, and roof rails along with new alloy wheels which enhances the overall aesthetics of the vehicle.

Hyundai Venue could come in with three engine options to include a 1.0 liter, 3 cylinder, turbocharged petrol engine offering 100 bhp power and 171 Nm torque via 7 speed DSG. It will also get 3 drive modes. This is the variant which has been spied with the TURBO badge. It also gets a 1.4 liter, 4 cylinder petrol engine and a 1.4 liter, 4 cylinder diesel engine from the Verna, which will be mated to 6 speed MT. Pricing could be around Rs.8-12 lakhs. Venue will compete against the Maruti Brezza, Mahindra XUV300, Tata Nexon and Ford EcoSport.
