First woman in India to own a Lamborghini Huracan
40 year old Sheetal Dugar from Kolkata is a homemaker, mother of a six year old, and an avid driver. She is the only woman to drive during Club GTs on Sunday morning super car race offs across the NH2 and is now the first Indian woman to own a Lamborghini Huracan.
The Lamborghini Huracan in question is in a shade of gold called Ora Elios. It is the only Lamborghini Huracan to sport this color and comes in at a price of over INR 4 crores.
Sheetal Dugar is the wife of industrialist Vinod Dugar (title image). She was gifted the Huracan by her husband on her 40th birthday. Interesting thing is, she did not even know driving when she got married.
The first car she ever drove was a Maruti Zen. She soon started getting interested in driving and honing her driving skills. Today, she is a regular at the super car racing Club GT events. Not only she participates, but also beats men at races. She is the fastest of the lot and wins every time.
Sheetal is not only adept with the Lamborghini Huracan but has also been behind the wheels of other luxury automobiles such as Porsche and Mercedes besides the Lamborghini Gallardo which the family has owned prior to the Huracan.
Lamborghini Huracan was first introduced in 2014 as a replacement to the Gallardo. It is powered by a 5.2 liter naturally aspirated V10 engine. This engine offers an astounding 610 PS peak power at 8,500 rpm and 560 Nm peak torque at 6,500 rpm. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 3.2 seconds and hit a top speed of 325 kmph.
