An official release from the Ministry of Defence, stated the below:

IAF lands on Yamuna

As mentioned at the end of the release, IAF is already in talks for another such stretch with the UP government. This one will be on the upcoming Lucknow – Agra expressway. This runway is to be constructed by Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA). A meeting was held on Monday between Indian Air Force, UPEIDA and Akhilesh Yadav, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh to finalize plans.

Compared to the Delhi Agra highway stretch used by the IAF today, this one will be much better equipped. The particular 3 km stretch of runway will be arrow-straight, and perfectly levelled. It will be without any electric poles, masts or mobile phone towers.

Portable ground lighting system will be installed for landing jets at night. These can be easily removed and placed on the roadside after landing or takeoff. The particular stretch of road will also be thicker than normal while dividers will be such that they can be easily removed. Indian Air Force runway, besides landing and takeoff strip will also get a fire brigade, police outposts and world class hospital. This project, when completed will be the first of its kind in India.

Overall, Agra-Lucknow expressway will be 308 kms in length and the project is to be built at an expected cost of INR 13,000 crores. It will pass through Firozabad, Shikohabad, Mainpuri, Etawah, Kannauj and Mohanlalganj.

This is yamuna expressway. Roads are good. Crime is bad. Very bad. You can be robbed in broad day light in front of 10s of people.
