This will be Indian Motorcycles’ third dealership in India, first and second being those in Gurgaon and Mumbai. The company plans on opening two more outlets soon, one in Chennai and another in Hyderabad.
2015 Indian Roadmaster is a super comfy touring motorcycle, with luxurious features like Horizon Power Windshield that improves airflow, offers weather protection, reduces glare and has electronically controlled adjustments. Further, there is push button start/stop for engine, heated seats & handlebar grip, LED lights and adjustable floorboard. The saddlebags that are hanged on either side of pillion saddle can be locked remotely. They have 65.1 litres storage capacity and a trunk at the rear provides additional 64.4 litres stowage space. The bike is driven by a massive 1.8 litre Thunder Stroke engine, churning out 138.9 Nm peak torque.

Price of Indian Roadmaster will start from Rs. 34.95 lakhs (ex-showroom), which is subject to change depending on base colour – red, red & ivory cream, and black. Currently, four models are on offer, including Indian Scout priced at Rs. 12 lakhs, Indian Chief Classic demanding Rs. 25.50 lakhs, Indian Chief Vintage for Rs. 28.50 lakhs, and Indian Chieftain at a Rs. 32 lakhs bargain. Reason for this hefty pricing is, they are imported via CBU route, gathering huge taxes along the way.
