Jaguar Land Rover to supply 170 luxury, high performance vehicles to support tournament operations, including new Jaguar XE.

Jaguar Land Rover, Official Car of The Championships has launched its #FeelWimbledon Campaign.

Jaguar will be providing 170 luxury cars, including a Jaguar XE, to support Wimbledon 2015. Apart from this, Jaguar will provide biometric wristband to selected members of the crowd.

The 2015 Championships got off to a flying start on June 29 at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club of London. It will see Jaguar as the official car sponsors. As part of the Jaguar FeelWimbledon Campaign, it is for the first time that crowd enthusiasm will also be assessed. This will be done with biometric wristbands that monitor heart rate, movements and location while in-ground sensors capture the energy around the courts be collecting data on crowd movement, audio levels and infrared. Thus the hashtag #FeelWimbledon

Sociometric tracking is also being conducted and Jaguar wishes to assess fan conversation from across the globe. This will be conducted via Twitter, Facebook and Instagram to assess spectator’s responses to Wimbledon. All responses thus received will be shared in real time via Jaguar’s UK social media channels and at Feelwimbledon.co.uk

Jaguar, The Official Car of The Championships, today launched its #FeelWimbledon campaign

As official Car partner of The Championships, Jaguar will be supplying their full range of vehicles including the new Jaguar XE sports saloon, the XF, XF Sportbrake and and XJ. These cars will also be used to transport tennis stars.
