At an auction earlier this year, an anonymous bidder bought chassis number 001 of Jawa Motorcycles for Rs 45 lakh. Organized by Classic Legends, the event aimed at collecting funds to help children of martyred soldiers.

A total of Rs 1.43 crore was collected during the auction, which was part of #ForeverHeroes initiative. The money was later handed over to the Armed Forces by Jawa.

It is not clear if the owner of most expensive Jawa ever has gotten delivery or not, but one thing is for sure – The individual who made the top bid of Rs 45 lakh has certainly sacrificed a lot, as some of the world’s best bikes can be bought with that kind of money.
