JCB India enters Excon 2015 with 25 Made in India machines

JCB India has arrived at South Asia’s largest construction equipment and technology trade fair – Excon 2015 with a total of 25 Made in India machines. Held at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre, Bengaluru on the theme ‘Make India – Building Infrastructure, Building the Nation’ a total of 22 countries are participating in this expo with over 800 exhibitors and 270 overseas companies.

The Excon 2015 Expo saw Nitin Gadkari (image above), Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways and Shipping as chief guest, inaugurating the event.

JCB India is showcasing 25 Made in India earthmoving and construction equipment while the “ecoXcellence” range of Backhoe Loaders are also introduced. Tracked Excavators and Wheeled Loaders will be in attendance with JCB 220LC Xtra Tracked Excavator in 22 tonne segment, the 455ZX Wheeled Loader in the 5 tonne segment and Master Loader being new entrants.

Visitors to the Excon 2015 will also be able to experience JCB Livelink, an advanced telematics system offering real time information on service, operations and security of machines. Each of the products from JCB India adhere to the ‘One Global Policy’ meaning that those products for India can be utilized across the globe even as the company’s ‘Made in India’ products are exported to over 60 countries.

As on date, JCB offers a total of 43 products in 7 categories. These products are manufactured from company’s 5 manufacturing facilities located in Ballabgarh, Haryana, two in Pune and two units in Jaipur while sales are facilitated through a network of 60 dealers and 600 sales outlets across the country.

JCB India recently achieved a milestone by selling 2,00,000 machines in India and is keen to see even more sales with its new and updated range of products.
