A Jeep Wrangler Rubicon driver showcased his exceptional driving skills at a parking lot somewhere in the US. It may look like a simple task but balancing each wheel of the heavy off-roader on crude seesaws warrants an insane level of car control, especially when it’s an off-roader with 5-speed manual transmission.
It took him a while to get his off-roader on the seesaws but he eventually did it. In order to achieve this, one has to work all the three pedals with great precision. We wonder how much of a practice he had before nailing it.
The Jeep Wrangler will be launched in India later this year along with the flagship Grand Cherokee. The iconic American off-roader will be imported into India as a CBU initially.
The Wrangler for India is expected to be powered by a 2.8-litre four-cylinder turbo diesel engine which is mated to a 5-speed automatic transmission. The motor offers an impressive 197 hp and 451 Nm of torque. In international markets, the off-roader is also available with a 3.6-litre V6 petrol engine which is capable of 275 hp and 379 Nm of torque.
The Jeep Wrangler will be positioned as a niche product in India, targeting hardcore off-road enthusiasts.
