Kawasaki Ninja H2 price in India is Rs 29 lakhs – Official

India Kawasaki Motors (IKM) has introduced the scintillating hyperbike, Kawasaki Ninja H2, to the country just moments ago. The ex-showroom Delhi price of Kawasaki Ninja H2 is Rs. 29 lakhs.

If you’re getting up from your chair in a hurry to go buy this bike, hold & chill, the model has long been sold out in India as only 5 units have been allocated.

Power to this beast comes from a supercharged 998 cc liquid cooled in-line four cylinder engine, delivering 200 PS power at 11,000 rpm and 113.5 Nm torque at 10,500 rpm. This means, the 238 kg motorcycle has a power to weight ratio of 882 PS/tonne. Kawasaki claims that the Ninja H2 provides the most insane acceleration, which none of the bikes in the segment can provide.

Standing 2085 mm long, 770 mm wide and 1125 mm tall; Ninja H2 gets a wheelbase of 1455 mm and ground clearance of 130 mm. This might be a problem while tackling bumpy and potholes laden Indian roads.

Featuring six speed wet multiple clutch manual transmission, the beast has a top speed of 320 kmph. It also comes with some state of the features like launch control, intelligent ABS, electronic steering damper and much more. Tyres in the front are 120/60 R17, while rear get 190/65 R17. For braking, front gets dual discs, rear gets single disc.

As we mentioned earlier, all units are sold out, if you wish to avenge, hold on for the upcoming 2015 Yamaha R1. Just a few weeks back, Ducati started operations in India with three showrooms, and Ninja H2’s competitor made its entrance. Ex-showroom New Delhi price of Ducati 1299 Panigale is Rs. 32.57 lakhs, Ducati 1299 Panigale S is Rs. 40.16 lakhs and Ducati Panigale R is Rs. 46.75 lakhs. Apart from launching the new Ninja H2 today, Kawasaki India has been busy than usual this year. Earlier last month, they launched a new colour in then flagship, Ninja ZX-14R. The model was launched in September, 2013 only in green, after which new Pearl White Metallic colour was just added. And this is not a free addition. White Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14R is priced Rs. 2 lakhs higher than the green one, at Rs. 20.59 lakhs. After ZX-14R, the next and most expensive Kawasaki is Ninja H2, priced at almost Rs. 10 lakhs higher.
