The bikes will be retailed through Kawasaki standalone showrooms in Pune, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai and Kolkata. 2015 Kawasaki Versys 1000 is available in India at a price of Rs 1,290,000 (ex-Showroom in Pune).

Shigeto Nishikawa, Dy Managing Director, India Kawasaki Motors says Ninja ZX-14R, ZX-10R, Ninja1000, Z1000, Z800, and now Versys 1000 are launched in the country. He elaborated feedback and valuable insight from customers has been essential in raising the brand to offer a better level of service to customers. The special price on Z800 continues to March end. Kawasaki India targets 50 pct growth over last year in 2015.
