Apart from gaining points in the price department, the 650NK also sees more in terms of features over its Z650 counterpart. The 650 NK naked street bike boasts of minimalistic designs accentuated by a muscular fuel tank, extensions sporting the company logo, a wide single piece handle bar, split seats and rear set foot pegs.
It also receives a full LED headlamp and tail lamp and digital instrument console. Kawasaki Z650 also commands a sporty stance. However, it gets an analog style tachometer with gear position indicator in the center and a multi function LCD screen. Unlike the advanced LCD headlamps seen on the 650NK, the Z650 gets a halogen multi reflector headlamp.

Kawasaki Z650 also gets powered by a 649cc engine, but in parallel twin format. It develops added power and torque which stands at 67.2 bhp at 8000 rpm and 65.7 Nm at 6500 rpm respectively. Top speed is at 212 kmph. Front suspension is via Telescopic fork while rear gets a monoshock. Braking is via 300mm dual disc brakes in the front and 220mm disc at the rear. So while the CF Moto 650 NK appears to be good value for money considering its much lower price tag, for Rs.1.70 lakhs more, the Kawasaki Z650 is definitely a winner in terms of performance. In addition to better performance, the Kawasaki also comes with more reliability, better service network and spares availability.
