KTM Duke 200 Owners Group Kolkata celebrated Orange Day last Saturday at Salt Lake Stadium in Kolkata. This Orange Day is what draws attention to racing genes of KTM 200 Duke, a bike which is valued for its lightness, maximum riding fun, powerful propulsion and high level of user satisfaction. Its makeup consists of light but high strength alloy components and the best of power to weight ratio in its class.
Orange Day was celebrated with riders registering at 5.00 pm opening time. A special training session was held which was conducted by racing experts to guide the racers on the very basics of racing and how to get the most out of the KTM 200 Duke. This was followed by a practical session on the tracks prior to the actual racing event. The show ended with prizes being awarded to podium finishers while a special stunt show was held featuring the KTM 200 Duke.
This event was open to all KTM users in the city of Kolkata. Besides these training and racing events there were also stalls erected for KTM Power wear and Power parts while snacks and refreshments were also sold at the venue. The highlight of the event was marked by the unveiling of KTM RC8 R, 1190cc Superbike. Further Orange Day celebrations are being organized in various cities of India while they have already done the rounds in Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Noida, Chennai, Vadodara, Jaipur, Kochi and Delhi in the recent past. This weekend, KTM Orange Day, their V3.0 head to head bike racing and stunt show event was hosted at Downtown Racing, Pune.
