KTM Duke 390 owners get ready for an exclusive BIC track-day racing

KTM Track Day at BIC exclusively for Duke 390 owners

KTM Racing India has just finished one successful Track Day at Madras Motor Race Track held exclusively for owners of Duke 390. Following this success, the next Track Day is being held at Buddh International Circuit at the Jaypee Sports City in Greater Noida on March 15, 2014.

Duke 390 owners are invited to take part in this track action and put their powerful street bikes to the test across India’s only International standard racing circuit. However, this event is exclusively for 390 Duke owners only who are over the age of 18, hold a driver’s license and have motorcycle insurance besides personal and medical insurance.

KTM Track Day at BIC exclusively for Duke 390 ownersParticipants at the event are expected to come in full riding gear which includes full face helmet with visor, riding gloves and jacket, knee guards along with riding boots or ankle length shoes. All riders will be put through the basic nuances of how to handle their bikes on the track by a team of racing experts. This will include a classroom session to understand track specifications and riding dynamics besides an on track training wherein bikers will be fitted with transponders to evaluate performance, capabilities and lap timings at the end of the day.

Track Day event on 15th March 2014 will be held from 7.00 am to 8.30 pm with the basic idea to allow KTM Duke 390 users to understand their bike better, realize its full potential and compete on a common platform while at the same time adhering to stringent rules and regulations which insists on courtesy to fellow riders and bars reckless driving.
