Automobili Lamborghini reported sales of 2,530 units during the year, up from 2,121 units in the previous year. The company has a total of 130 dealers in 48 countries and increased sales were noted in the US, China, Middle East, UK, Japan and Germany. 1,128 units of Lamborghini’s 12 cylinder Aventado LP 700-4 in coupe and roadster versions were sold during the year as against 1,001 units sold in the same period in 2013, while the 10 cylinder model of Huracan LP 610-4 which premiered during 2014 Geneva Motor Show experienced good sales.
2015 will see the new Huracán LP 620-2 Super Trofeo making its debut on international racetracks in Europe, Asia and North American series while Huracan GT3 will be seen at the end of this month contending at the Blancpain Endurance Series being held at five venues in Europe and at the 20 Hours of Spa Francorchamps.
Lamborghini Asterion LPI 910-4 made its debut at the 2014 Paris Mondial de l’Automobile where it drew attention for reduced CO2 emissions yet displaying enhanced driveability and superlative power.
