Lamborghini Huracan was first unveiled at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show. It has already made its mark across the globe with 1,000 bookings, becoming the fastest Lamborghini ever to clock 1,000 bookings. Gallardo replacement, the new Huracan will be powered by a naturally aspirated 602 hp, 5.2 liter V10 engine. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 3.2 seconds and reach a top speed of over 321 kmph.
In India, Lamborghini has seen increased sales which grew by 29% in 2013, with a total of 22 units sold in the country. India contributes 1% to Lamborghini global sales, the company views India as a strategic market and hence wishes to enhance both sales and service operations in the country.
Keen to stir up interest across southern India, Lamborghini is adding a third dealer showroom in Bangalore later this year in addition to the showrooms in Mumbai and Delhi. The company will also be expanding their service networks with 24×7 service and technicians on hand to cater to customer’s every demand.
