Major focus is paid to the exteriors of the new Mercedes Benz E Class E250 CDI. A large three pointed star is strategically placed on the front grille keeping in tune with the current models as against the emblem which was placed on its bonnet. New LED running headlight lights will be seen for the first time in the E Class which sports a two headlight design setup ditching the four headlight combination from the E Class W 210 model from 1995.
In each of the headlights is a LED strip which adds a certain dimension to the E Class giving it a more aggressive stance. These are self adjusting full LED units. The front bumper is also refined while larger intakes and a new chin spoiler design are evident. At the rear, there is a rear lamp cluster to be seen while the overall shape remains the same.
There are strips of fiber optic seen on the tail lights while LED brake lights, turn indicators and reverse indicators are spruced up in a new design. The new Mercedes E Class sits on 19 inch alloy wheels. It will be launched with two engine options, a 204 bhp 250 CDI and 184 bhp 200 petrol. Exciting LED backlights. Intellegent Drive comes with active park assist, intellegent light inthe front all LED headlight, Eco Start Stop for better fuel economy, Attention Assist to prompt driver’s to stop for a coffee break, Command Online with Navigation, and Reversing camera among other things.
