DC Design, noted after market modification specialists, have modified a Mahindra Bolero which, has been detailed on Youtube. As per the Youtuber, the car costs Rs 17.5 lakhs, which is more than a brand new Jeep Compass.
This modified Mahindra Bolero by DC Design is given a complete makeover, much of which is to the SUV’s exterior, though the interiors too sport some changes. The modified Bolero sports rounded headlamps, a new grille with smaller slats, a new bumper design and some handles on its hood. Modifications to the sides are rub strips and wheel arches both of which are in a body color.
New multi spoke alloy wheels are fitted with massive tyres while ORVMs are also in a new design. Blacked out window frames for rear windows are the most notable change seen on the Mahindra Bolero. Changes to the rear include new tail lamps and handles on either sides of the tailgate.
The interiors only see a change in covers with new leather upholstery while the modified Bolero has captain seats in each of its rows. No changes have been made the mechanics and the Mahindra Bolero continues to be powered by the same engine that powers its stock model. It has given the Mahindra Bolero a whole different appeal and a more premium stance while these changes do not come cheap and cost a whopping sum of Rs 17.5 lakhs.
