Mahindra electric rickshaw e-Alfa Mini launched – Top Speed 25 kmph, Range 85 km

Mahindra electric rickshaw, e-Alfa Mini is a three wheeler specially designed for last mile connectivity. It is a battery powered, pollution free vehicle that comes in powered by a 120 Ah battery and an affordable price of INR 1.12 lakhs, ex-Delhi.

This zero emission vehicle announced by Mahindra and Mahindra is a 4+1 seater ideally suited to Indian road conditions. It spearheads M&M’s vision of Future of Mobility and will be on sale with immediate effect first in the National Capital region and then in Kolkata and Lucknow following which it will be on sale across the country. M&M have capacity to produce 1,000 e-rickshaws per month.

Mahindra’s e-Alfa Mini boasts of a strong body and a spacious cabin for upto 3 adults. It also gets modern instrument panel, dual headlamp, black dashboard and interiors done up in attractive dual shades of red and black are its highlights. The e-Alfa has been tested for over 1 lakh kms on real world conditions and comes in with a water proof canopy making it an ideal all season vehicle.

It also gets enhanced suspension and chassis and best suited for last mile connectivity and for intra-city movement. Interiors are spacious offering sufficient head, shoulder and leg room with ingress and egress also easy for both driver and passengers.

Mahindra e-Alfa is a part of the Government’s Make in India policy. It is also in keeping with the Government’s vision of becoming a 100% EV nation by 2030. It comes in with a 2 year vehicle warranty, low down payment and a 1 free battery replacement thus making it a preferred choice among buyers.
