Launched in India in April this year, Mahindra Gusto 125 is presented in two variants – DX and VX which are priced at INR 48,410 and INR 52,410 respectively.
Launched initially in the south of India, Mahindra Two Wheelers expands availability of Gusto 125 to 8 new states across India. These include Gujarat, Delhi, Maharashtra, UP, Goa, Punjab, Rajasthan and Chandigarh while in future, launch in export markets of Asia and Central America is also on the cards.
Mahindra Gusto 125 is powered by a 125cc M-TEC engine with MCDi technology. This engine offers 8.6 bhp peak power at 7,000 rpm and 10 Nm torque at 5,500 rpm mated to a CVT gearbox. As per ARAI certification the Gusto 125 offers mileage of 63 kmpl. This power and performance allows the Gusto 125 to compete with the Honda Activa and Suzuki Access 125.
Offered in color options of Orange Rush, Monarch Black, Bolt White and Regal Red, Mahindra Gusto 125 is designed and developed at Mahindra Two Wheeler R&D Center in India.
Besides being the only scooter in India offered with Height Adjustable Seat, it also receives some innovative features that include Remote Flip Key, Find-Me lamps, Guide Lamp, Halogen Headlamps, LED pilot lamps, easy front kick, and quick storage compartment.
Tubeless tyres, front telescopic suspension with air springs, high ground clearance and wide wheel base are also among its outstanding features this ensuring both ride quality, overall safety and better stability.
