Mahindra Mojo 300 captured attention of biking community in the country when it made its presence felt at the Auto Expo 2010. But after a delayed launch, many have lost interest, especially once KTM Duke arrived. But, Mahindra re-ignited aspirations when they showed a near-ready variant at 2014 Auto Expo.

mahindra mojo topspeedAfter spying the Mojo 300 last week, another Rush Lane reader has managed to catch hold of the bike. As per Chetan Gatala, the reader who managed to capture these photos, said that the efforts made by the rider to pull away from being photographed displayed the bikes agility, speed and quick response. He added that the Mojo was easily doing 150 kmph.

From the spy shots, we can see that Mahindra Mojo 300 receives a new fuel tank, twin headlamps, air intakes, LED daytime running lights and Pirelli Sport Demon tyres while it will be powered by a 292cc single cylinder, liquid cooled engine with Dual Overhead Camshaft (DOHC) and with electronic fuel injection. This engine will be capable of 26 hp peak power at 8,000 rpm and 25 Nm peak torque at 6,500 rpm mated to a 6 speed gearbox.

The Mahindra Mojo 300 could be launched soon in India where it will be seen with various innovative features which will be segment first. It will compete with the likes of recently launched KTM Duke 200, Honda CBR250R, Kawasaki Ninja 300 and Suzuki Inazuma.

I looks like edited photo or purposefully leaked spyshot.

No way one can ride in that traffic at 150kmph or click so clear spyshots at 150kmph.

It takes years of experience. A competent driver, a photographer and a navigator to ensure you don’t lose sight of the target, in this case, Mojo. You can be certain there’s a lot of hardwork involved. And no, there’s no edits, and we’re not Mahindra’s chosen source to leak spyshots as suggested by you.
