The Mojo’s 296 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled fuel-injected engine produces 27 hp and 30 Nm of torque.

As the Mahindra Mojo slowly approaches its D-Day, more and more pictures of the final production version have been emerging on social media. Here are a few good ones from our reader Sarath Shenoy who also happens to be one of the customers selected to give pre-launch feedback of the motorcycle.

The production has already commenced Mahindra Two Wheelers Ltd.’s (MTWL) facility in Pithampore and bookings have commenced at select dealerships in metro cities for INR 10,000. Customers who opt for pre-sale booking would enjoy additional benefits and savings.

Ever since Mahindra overhauled the motorcycle’s design nearly two year’s ago, the styling has been received regular updates. The final production model features twin circular headlamps with LED DRL strips, golden tubes below the fuel tank, matching finish for the front inverted telescopic forks, 3-D Mojo badges on the fuel tank, silver inserts on the thigh recess with Mahindra logo, a single piece seat, belly pan, twin silencers and a small LED taillight.

The Mojo is likely to be launched towards the end of September or early October.

The semi-digital instrument console has interesting light theme and incorporates functions like maximum speed logger, 0-100 kph acceleration timer and quarter mile timer. The tourer will also be offered with a variety of optional accessories like headlamp grille, engine protector, pannier rails, rear luggage carrier, etc.

We expect Mahindra to launch the Mojo towards the end of this month or early next month at an estimated sub-2 lakh on-road price.
