Held on the 8th and 9th of August 2015, Mahindra Two Wheelers Limited were winners of the 2015 Gulf Monsoon Scooter Rally. This year the rally was held at Navi Mumbai and it was for the second time, that four time winner Shamim Khan saw victory.
With the weather Gods playing sport and riding on a Mahindra Rodeo Uzo 125, Khan completed what is termed as the toughest and most challenging rallies putting the scooter under the most difficult of tests. Khan has earlier also been the winner of Gulf Monsoon Scooter Rally in 2003, 2004 and 2010.

Mahindra Rodeo Uzo 125 proved its stance where power and performance were concerned, steering Khan to success across gravel, winding loops and hairpin bends besides water logged roads. The Rally which is in its 26th straight year was flagged off at 9 am on August 8th my Nilesh Garg, Channel Sales Head, Gulf Oil from the K Star Hotel in Navi Mumbai. Shamim Khan clocked 31 minutes and 59 seconds and received his fourth victory at the Gulf Monsoon Scooter Rally. He raced past 39 other contenders making him the winner in the 160 cc four stroke category. Khan was closely followed by Pinkesh Thakkar from Team Ceat who clocked 33 minutes and 45 seconds.
