Launched at an ex-showroom starting price of INR 6.98 lakhs, Mahindra TUV300 (TUV standing for Tough Utility Vehicle) is the new compact SUV in the under 4 meter segment. Offered in a choice of seven trims, one engine option and two transmission options, Mahindra TUV300 has been developed at a cost of INR 1,500 crore.
Speaking about the new Mahindra TUV300 TVC, it features megastar of Telugu cinema – Prabhas, who is fondly known as Baahubali (meaning toughest, strongest) these days, among his growing number of fans. The reason, he was the centre lead character in the superhit movie Baahubali: The Beginning, which is also the third highest grossing film in India of all time.
Mahindra has smartly capitalized the recent success of movie Baahubali and actor Prabhas in their TUV300 TVC.
TVC – Mahindra TUV300
Mahindra TUV300 design is inspired from a battle tank, which is another reason why the TVC has been shot in a way to show its toughness. Power to the TUV300 comes from a new 1.5 liter three cylinder engine which delivers 84 bhp power to the rear wheels via 5 speed manual transmission (or 81 bhp power when mated to AMT).

Featuring capacity to seat 7 (5+2), Mahindra claims that the TUV300 is their most advanced SUV till date. In the auto industry, it rivals with the likes of Ford EcoSport and Renault Duster.
