What seems to be the production ready interiors of upcoming Mahindra U301 has been spied again. There is nothing really new in the latest spy shot compared to what we have already dug out from previous Mahindra U301 interiors shot.
The cabin of Mahindra U301 is embellished with silver trims on black dashboard, chrome surrounds on instrument cluster dials and switchgears, steering wheel inspired by XUV500’s, new brown-coloured gear knob and beige-coloured fabric seats. Commonly referred to as next generation Bolero, interiors of Mahindra U301 look upmarket compared to those offered in the current model.
Mahindra U301 is expected to be based on the new 3rd generation ladder frame chassis that underpins the current Scorpio. The frame is known to be customisable, especially the mid of the three sections, which is why future products like U301 and next iteration of Xylo & Quanto are expected to be supported by this modular ladder frame.
Powertrain options are still unconfirmed, but Automated Manual Transmission (AMT) has been witnessed in one of the test mules.
