Out of all the price hikes across variants for Mahindra XUV700 and XUV300, the highest hike goes up to a staggering Rs. 75,100
In a recent post, we covered Scorpio N/Classic and Thar price hikes. This post will revolve around price revisions done for Mahindra XUV700 and XUV300. These price revisions are due to the recent mandate of BS6 phase II emission standard compliance in line with RDE norms and E20 compliance.
The new prices will be imposed on all Mahindra vehicles manufactured from 1st of April 2023. Starting with XUV700 petrol variants, price hikes range between Rs. 55,900 and Rs. 75,100. Both regular and E variants of base MX 5-seater variants get a price hike of Rs. 55,900 and AX3 MT 5-seater variants get a hike of Rs. 60,500.

Both regular and E variants of AX5 MT 5-seater and 7-seater get a hike of Rs. 63,000 and AX3 AT 5-seater is now hiked by Rs. 63,700. Regular and E variants of AX5 MT 7-seater get the same increment of Rs. 64,200. There are no E variants for AX7 trim as it gets ESP as standard. Also, AX7 is only offered in 7-seater configuration.
AX7 MT gets a price hike of Rs. 67,999, while its automatic counterpart AX7 AT receives Rs. 71,399 price increment with RDE norms. Top-spec AX7 L AT with petrol engine is hiked by up to Rs. 75,100. In effect, Mahindra XUV700 prices for petrol variants now start from Rs. 14,00,801 as opposed to Rs. 13,44,901 last month.
With diesel variants, both regular and E variants of MX trim gets Rs. 48,700 hike. Both regular and E variants of AX3 MT 5-seater options get a uniform price hike of Rs. 53,301 and AX3 MT 7-seater options are hiked by Rs. 54,900. AX3 AT gets a price increment of Rs. 57,001. AX5 MT 5-seater and 7-seater received Rs. 56,100 and Rs. 57,399 respectively, while AX5 AT 5 and 7 seater got Rs. 59,601 and Rs. 60,701 respectively.
AX7 MT and AT variants get Rs. 61,300 and 64,600 price increments respectively. AX7 AT AWD is hiked by Rs. 67,299 and AX7 L MT and AT gets Rs. 64,901 and Rs. 68,100 price increment. Lastly, we have the top-spec AX7 L AT AWD variant gets a price hike of Rs. 70,899. Prices for XUV700 diesel now start from Rs. 14,44,601 as opposed to Rs. 13,95,901.
Mahindra XUV300 Price Hike April 2023
For starters, W6 petrol MT of XUV300 variant with a sunroof doesn’t get any price hike and base W4 petrol MT gets its price cut by Rs. 1. Before calling that the deal of the decade, let’s take a look at all the variants. W6 P AMT and W8 P MT gets a price hike of Rs. 14,200 and 14,600 respectively.
Both W8 Opt P MT and W8 Opt P MT DT variants get the same Rs. 15,500 price increment with upgrade to RDE norms. While top-spec petrol W8 Opt AMT gets an increment of Rs. 15,901. Whereas more powerful TGDi petrol variants start from W6 with a price hike of Rs. 21,401. W8 MT and W8 MT DT variants are now dearer by Rs. 22,300 and 19,700 respectively.
Top-spec W8 Opt MT and W8 Opt MT DT get a price hike of Rs. 23,001 and Rs. 20,401. Diesel variants of XUV300 start from W4 with Rs. 10,001 increment. W6 MT and W6 AMT variants get Rs. 45,600 price increment. W8 trim with MT price has been hiked by Rs. 43,600. W8 Opt and W8 Opt DT prices are now up by Rs. 45,600. While top-spec W8 Opt AMT is dearer to buyers by Rs. 45,600.
