Year end celebration offers are on at all Maruti Suzuki Arena showrooms through the month of December 2019. These discounts and benefits come at a time when the company wishes to increase its sales numbers and sell off its BS4 compliant models prior to the new BS6 norms coming into effect from 1st April 2020.
Maruti Suzuki sells the Alto 800, K10, Celerio, Eeco, WagonR, S-Presso, Swift, DZire, Brezza and Ertiga via its Arena showrooms in the country. Discounts are being offered at Maruti Suzuki Arena showrooms on all models except on the Ertiga petrol and S-Presso.
Dec 2019 car discounts offered on the Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 extend to Rs.60,000 which includes a cash discount of Rs.40,000, exchange bonus of Rs.15,000 and corporate discount of Rs.5,000. These discounts are on the BS6 variant.
Both the Alto K10 and Celerio BS4 variants are being offered at a discount of Rs.50,000 which includes Rs.30,000 cash discount, Rs.15,000 exchange bonus and Rs.5,000 corporate discount. It may be noted that the Alto 800 and Alto K10 has been in much demand in the country and recently crossed the 38 lakh sales mark. The automaker has also claimed that the Alto has been the country’s best selling car for 15 consecutive years.
Maruti Suzuki Eeco petrol BS4 variant has also been noting increased sales ever since the Omni was discontinued. October 2019 sales of the Maruti Eeco stood at 10,011 units which was a 50 percent increase over sales in the same month of the previous year. Despite noting increased sales for the Eeco, discounts are being offered to the extent of Rs.15,000 in terms of a cash discount and Rs.20,000 discount under the exchange scheme.
The WagonR BS6 variant, recently launched in the country with a new 1.0 liter petrol engine is priced at Rs.4.42 lakhs which is around Rs.8,000 over the BS4 compliant variants. The company is also offering this BS6 compliant WagonR at Rs.10,000 cash discount, Rs.20,000 exchange bonus and with an added Rs.5,000 corporate discount.
Petrol variants of the Maruti Suzuki Swift and DZire BS4 compliant models are at discounts at Rs.25,000 and Rs.30,000 cash discounts respectively along with Rs.20,000 exchange bonus and Rs.5,000 corporate discount. The company is also offering an added 5th year warranty on the diesel variants of both these models.
The Brezza BS4 diesel discounts extend upto Rs.40,000 cash discount, Rs.20,000 exchange bonus and Rs.5,000 corporate discount along with a 5 year extended warranty. The 2020 Maruti Suzuki Brezza facelift is also being active tested with the 1.5 liter petrol engine to replace the 1.3 liter diesel engine. It will make its official debut at the 2020 Auto Expo in February.
