The Suzuki Ertiga Dreza, a new upmarket derivative of the standard Ertiga, has been leaked ahead of its launch in Indonesia. The Ertiga for the Indonesian market is being assembled locally from India-sourced CKD kits, so we could see the Dreza on display at the Auto Expo 2016.
The Ertiga Dreza sports a completely revamped front fascia with new chrome outlined radiator grille, a chrome lip above it, a trough shaped bumper grille with integrated LED daytime running lights, and circular foglights. The profile is characterized by new alloy wheel design and sill plates. The rear fascia adopts a sharper roof-mounted spoiler, a chrome lip below the windshield, Dreza badge and a new chrome garnished bumper with reflectors. The new bumpers have increased the length to 4,325 mm from 4,265 mm.
Inside, enhancements come in the form of wooden garnishes on the dashboard, new door trim and seat fabric color theme, 9-inch multimedia infotainment display and so on. The MPV is offered with standard ABS and EBD.
Mechanically, the Suzuki Ertiga Dreza is identical to the standard model. The 1.4-litre K-Series petrol engine is mated either to a 5-speed MT or 4-speed AT. Power and torque figures stand at 92.4 PS and 130 Nm respectively. The MPV has a claimed fuel efficiency of 17.59 kmpl.
