The most affordable is Nissan Magnite 1.0-litre XV Pre, priced at Rs 8.59 lakh. Renault Kiger 1.0-litre RXZ AMT is priced at Rs 9.35 lakh, Kia Sonet 1.2 HTK+ – Rs 9.64 lakh, Hyundai Venue 1.2-litre SX – 10.93 lakh and Brezza ZXI+ AT – Rs 13.98 lakh.
Maruti Fronx 1.0-litre turbo vs rivals – price comparison
Maruti Fronx 1.0-litre turbo range starts at Rs 9.73 lakh for the 1.0-litre Delta+ variant. Most affordable turbo option is Tata Nexon, with the XE variant available at Rs 7.80 lakh. Unlike the Fronx, Nexon has a 1.2-litre turbo petrol motor. The same is applicable for XUV300 as well. Nexon has the highest number of turbo options, a total of 15 turbo variants.
Second most affordable turbo option is Magnite 1.0-litre XL, available at Rs 8.25 lakh. Other turbo options are Mahindra XUV300 W4 – Rs 8.42 lakh, Kiger 1.0-litre RXT (O) – Rs 9.45 lakh, Venue 1.0-litre S (O) – Rs 10.44 lakh and Sonet 1.0-litre HTK+ – Rs 10.49 lakh.
Talking about fully-loaded top-spec turbo variant, Fronx 1.0-litre Alpha AT is priced at Rs 12.98 lakh. At this price point, it is costlier than Magnite 1.0-litre XV Pre (O) AT – Rs 10.86 lakh, Kiger 1.0-litre RXZ AT – Rs 11 lakh and Nexon XZA+ Luxs – Rs 12.75 lakh. As is evident from above, Fronx continues to follow Maruti’s policy to offer its cars at affordable rates. Folks with limited budget can probably go with the 1.2-litre petrol variants, which are among the most affordable in the segment. Turbo variants of Fronx should suffice for the needs of users who give preference to performance and hi-tech features.
