Maruti Suzuki NEXA dealerships in the country are offering special discounts across model range for the month of July 2020. It is the Maruti Suzuki Baleno premium hatchback, Ignis compact SUV, Ciaz premium sedan and XL-6 MUV that is sold via the Nexa outlets. Sales have been at an all time low and to get sales back on track these dealerships have initiated these discounts through the month of July 2020.
The benefits on these Nexa models include cash discounts, exchange offers and corporate discounts along with as Rs.5,000 discount for the warriors who are at the front line of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Baleno, offered in Sigma, Delta, Zeta and Alpha variants, see the base Sigma variant, priced at Rs.5.63 lakhs, offered at a cash discount of Rs.15,000 and exchange offer at Rs.15,000. For the other three trims, the cash discount is at Rs.10,000 while exchange benefit is the same at Rs.15,000.
Maruti Nexa Car Discounts – July 2020
Maruti Suzuki Ignis Zeta variant is at a cash discount of Rs.10,000 along with exchange benefit of Rs.15,000 while the other variants come in with cash discount and exchange benefits of Rs.20,000 respectively taking total benefits to Rs.40,000.
Maruti Suzuki Ciaz discounts also vary according to variants with the Alpha trim coming in with an exchange bonus of Rs.20,000 while buyers of the other variants – Sigma, Delta and Zeta, get as Rs.10,000 exchange offer. The Ciaz competes with the Honda City, Hyundai Verna and Skoda Rapid. Maruti Suzuki Ciaz, and is powered by a 1.5 liter petrol engine.
Discounts on the Maruti Suzuki XL-6 are limited to exchange bonus of Rs.20,000. The Maruti Suzuki XL-6 is powered by a 1.5 liter petrol engine mated to manual and automatic gearbox options. Maruti has discontinued all their diesel engine powered cars.

Along with these discounts and exchange offers, Maruti Suzuki has also initiated a scheme called ‘Subscriber’. Under this leasing scheme, cars will be given to customers in Bengaluru and Gurgaon can lease out cars for a period of 24, 36 or 48 months. It will also be extended to the Maruti Suzuki Swift, DZire, Baleno, Brezza, Ciaz, XL-6 and Ertiga under the company portfolio.
This scheme will include a predetermined monthly charge which covers use of the vehicle, maintenance and insurance. All cars will be brand new and for this the company has partnered with Japanese Orix Auto Infrastructure Services in much the same way as rivals Hyundai Motors has entered into a subscription partnership with self-drive car-sharing firm Revv.
