As title sponsor of the first music adventure festival in India, Maruti Suzuki India Limited is involving the youth in a special musical ride at Maruti Suzuki Windsong and Mirchi Indie Stars Music Festival on February 14th, 2015 at Worlds of Wonder, Amusement Park, Noida.
Participation was decided based on two Maruti Suzuki conducted contests for customers. A promotion of Swift cars in Delhi, Mumbai and Hyderabad helped participants test drive their way to Windsong festival. Following a Swift test drive, one had to express why they love music and driving in 100 words.
A selfie contest conducted by Maruti Suzuki at malls and colleges got youngsters to showcase their creativity. Maruti Suzuki has created three Maruti Suzuki Windsong Swift special edition as a grand prize. Winners from across three cities could win the special Windsong Swift car, free Windsong event passes, goodie bags and a chance to meet Farhan Akhtar at the event venue. Windsong music festival includes performances by Salim-Suleiman, India Ocean, Swarathma, and actor Farhan Akhtar.
Special Edition Maruti Suzuki Windsong Swift is equipped with 10 smart customer centric features. Available on V trim (Vxi and VDi) in Pearl Metallic and Arctic White colour, customers can benefit from its smart features.
Manohar Bhat, Vice President (Marketing) Maruti Suzuki India Limited says Maruti Suzuki Windsong Swift is a tribute to over 12.75 lakh Swift owners. Swift Windsong features a touchscreen music system with Bluetooth and external mic. Interiors sport plush trendy seat covers, ambient interior lighting, door sill guard with illumination, steering wheel cover, and designer floor mats. A rear upper spoiler and boot cover, Windsong musical theme decal and body graphics, and front and rear mud flaps are added. Maruti Suzuki Windsong Swift uses reverse parking sensors, and improved fuel efficiency since October 2014. 6″ speakers are in use.
