The official brochure of the newly launched Maruti Vitara Brezza has been released. Formal bookings have commenced yesterday and the automaker is expecting a very strong start.
Conceptualized, designed and developed in India, the Vitara Brezza derives is styling cues from the Suzuki iV-4 design concept rather than the XA Alpha concept which first announced Maruti’s intention of producing a sub-4m SUV.
Pitted directly against the Ford EcoSport and Mahindra TUV300, the Vitara Brezza relies on its long list of clever features such as cooled and illuminated glove box, hidden compartment under front passenger seat, automatic wipers, cruise control, projector headlamps, configurable instrument console color theme, touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay, MirrorLink, Reverse Parking Camera and numerous cup and bottle holders distributed across the cabin.
On the outside, the top-end variant is adorned with contrast white or black roofs and pillars, projector headlamps, alloy wheels, LED daytime running lights and fog lights. Despite having the same foot print limitation as its rivals, the Brezza feels more proportionate.
