It will be powered by a 1.0 liter K10B engine seen on board the Alto K10 and WagonR. Maruti Celerio bookings have already commenced at dealerships, while test drive and demo cars have also been spotted at showrooms.

Maruti brings its iV-4 SUV concept too. Its the next stage in the development of their compact crossover, which will be launched in India by 2015. The first stage was seen in the form of Maruti XA Alpha at the 2012 Delhi Auto Expo. Suzuki iV4 made its debut at 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show. Though compact, it will measure more than 4 meters in length and sit on a wheelbase measuring 2500mm, putting it in the segment of Mahindra XUV500, Renault Duster, and Nissan Terrano. Maruti is also reported to be planning on getting an under 4 meter variant for India, so as to benefit from lower excise duty and price the car lower. This will be in the range of Ford EcoSport.

Swift Sport will also be on display at the 2014 Delhi Auto Expo. Shown as a concept back in 2012, Swift Sport was launched in the UK in 2013. India launch is expected later this year. Apart from this, there will be new prototypes.
