While Mercedes-Benz India goes acroos the country to unveil their new E-Class, the luxury continues to build on double digit sales growth in India backed by a slew of new car launches. MB India y sold a total of 7,138 units in India in 2012. 2013 is a Year of Offensive for Mercedes Benz India. A refreshed product lineup and new segment introductions are lined up to cater to the demands of customers.
The company is confident of achieving double digit sales during the year with the new A Class, M Class and GL Class also contributing to increased sales while getting ready for B Class CDI to be launched on 11th July 2013.
Mercedes Benz plat investment will see in expansion of capacities, doubling production capacity from 10,000 units at present to 20,000 units per year. Market share is also scheduled to increase by 2020. Dealership outlets are being expanded from the current 57 outlets in 32 cities.
