Adventures in the jungles of Jurassic World sees Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard turn to Mercedes?Benz vehicles, especially the all-new GLE Coupe, appearing in its series-look for the first time. Colin Trevorrow directs the film from screenplay he wrote with Derek Connolly. F Jurassic World releases in 3D by Universal Pictures on June 12, 2015.

The relationship between Universal and Mercedes-Benz began in 1997 in The Lost World: Jurassic Park with M?Class. Dr. Jens Thiemer, Head of Marketing Communications for Mercedes-Benz Cars expressed delight in supporting this epic action-adventure, saying Mercedes’ wide range of SUVs in particular fit perfectly with Jurassic World’s various requirements.

The first prototype new SUV-sector GLE Coupe was handmade specially for filming, and will be seen on screen at a time coinciding with its mid-2015 market launch. Mercedes’ GLE 450 AMG Sport was made available for Jurassic World filming one-and-a-half years before its market launch. As such, security measures on set were huge, whether in remote filming locations or on NASA terrain in New Orleans.
Unveiling new GLE Coupe in Jurassic World was a natural fit says producer Frank Marshall as Mercedes vehicles featured in the film are a perfect transportation choice in the international theme park created at Jurassic World. A co-promotion package is planned for the film release.
