Mercedes Benz India is the leading luxury car brand in the country. On the auspicious day of Dhanteras, Mercedes has delivered more than 600 new cars to mark the occasion.
Of the 600 cars delivered, more than 250 were delivered in the Delhi NCR region. 200+ luxury cars were sold in Maharashtra and Gujarat, while remaining were delivered in other parts of India. Mercedes-Benz India reports positive customer demand from Oct 2019 onward. Sales for Jan – Sep 2019 period stood at 9,915 units, declining by 11.9%.
In other news, Mercedes Benz India has now opened bookings for the new generation GLE SUV, thanks to the huge success of the current GLE SUV. Current Mercedes-Benz GLE is now sold out 3 months ahead of plan, and the festive season has something to do with it.
In coping with response, the company has now opened bookings for new gen Mercedes-Benz GLE, which continues to be a preferred festive season flavour. New GLE is scheduled for its debut in 2020 prior to Auto Expo. One of the brand’s bestsellers in India, more than 13k GLE units have been sold here till date.
Current customer response instils confidence in tough market conditions, and relies on brand loyalty. The brand is hopeful current positive sentiment would continue, and result in an uptick in demand.
