Multichannel Network, Digital Agency Qyuki and Ranjit Barot launched a new music based web series called ProjectX with Mercedes-Benz India at the 2016 Auto Expo.
The musical was inaugurated with a song ‘Khushnama’ composed by Ranjit Barot and A R Rehman and tells the story of a young 19-year-old artist who wishes to follow his love for music. Going against his father’s demands that he concentrate on his education the youngster leaves home. What follows is an emotional string of events that sees the young budding musician emerge victorious while he returns to gain the appreciation of his father with a brand new Mercedes GLC Class SUV. The track sports voices of Shubha Mudgal, Amit Trivedi and Salim Merchant along with AR Rahman.

Mercedes Benz GLC SUV is one of the 12 new models being planned for launch in India this year. Showcased at the 2016 Auto Expo, Mercedes Benz GLC compact SUV is based on the C Class platform. It gets new alloy wheels and a massive new front bumper flanked by wraparound headlamps. It also receives a new rear spoiler and combined antenna while interiors are equally exclusive.
Mercedes Benz GLC SUV is powered by a 2.1-liter diesel engine mated to a new 9-speed automatic gearbox sending power to rear wheels via a 4MATIC four-wheel drive system. Set to make its entry into markets in India with a price tag of around INR 45 lakhs, the new Mercedes GLC will compete against the Audi Q5, BMW X3, Volvo XC60 and Land Rover Discovery Sport.
