At the top end of MG’s portfolio, the Gloster continued to struggle, with sales dropping to just 5 units in November 2025, compared to 138 units in November 2024. MoM sales also declined by 44%, underlining weak demand in the full-size SUV segment.

Price Hike Announced

JSW MG Motor India has announced a price hike of up to 2% across its model range, effective from 1st January 2026. The increase will vary depending on the model and variant, and is being attributed to rising input costs and prevailing macroeconomic factors. MG stated that the revision is a necessary step to partially offset higher operational expenses, while continuing to offer competitive products in the market.
