Mitsubishi Mirage facelift for Indonesia is offered in GLS, GLX and Exceed variants. It receives minor exterior and interior updates as compared to the old variant.
New Mirage facelift gets 5 exterior color options, new front grille besides a host of chrome updates on the exterior. Highlights include, lower front bumper, projector headlights and new fog lamps, two-tone alloy wheels on the GLS and Exceed trim and new single tone alloy wheels on the GLX variant. Modifications at the rear include new rear spoiler, LED indicator, parking sensors and new bumper.
Interiors of the Mitsubishi Mirage facelift are seen with a new steering wheel design, new audio system and controls and a contrasting instrument panel. The facelift however sees no change in its head unit and piano black dashboard trims.
It gets Start/Stop button and piano black central console along with dual tone fabric upholstery while overall finish gets enhanced. Seating is in a 60:40 arrangement allowing for greater space in cargo area while it gets a three adjustable head rest as against the fixed head rest seen on its earlier counterpart.
Mitsubishi Mirage facelift sees no change in engine specifications and continues to be powered by a 1.2 liter MIEV DOHC 3A92 engine offering 77.5 PS power at 6,000 rpm and 10.2 kg.m torque at 4,090 rpm mated to a CVT INVECS II (Exceed and GLS) or a 5 speed manual transmission and a front wheel drive system.
