MV Agusta Brutale 1090 India launch price INR 17.99 lakh

MV Agusta Brutale 1090 and F3 800 unveiled at blueFROG, Pune

The Kinetic Group as officially launched the first MV Agusta bike in India.

MV Augusta leading high performance biking brand from Italy is setting up base in India through Kinetic Group’s Motoroyale.

Attended by a host of biking aficionados consisting of around 200 bikers and biking enthusiasts, the MV Agusta Brutale 1090 and MV Agusta F3 800 made their presence felt in the country for the first time. The two were unveiled at an invitee only event at blueFROG in Pune this past weekend.

Of the two bikes unveiled, MV Augusta Brutale 1090 was launched at INR 17.99 lakhs while the F3 800 is to be launched by early 2016. With bookings for Brutale 1090 already opened, delivery period is 2-3 weeks.

MV Agusta Brutale 1090 is powered by a 1078cc four cylinder engine offering 144 hp power and 112 Nm torque. It provides enhanced acceleration and a top speed of 265 kmph. The bike boasts of state of the art electronics, stage 8 traction control and ABS while it follows the same design cues as the first bike which was designed by Italian motorcycle designer Massimo Tamburini.

MV Agusta F3 800 was also unveiled at the same function though it is scheduled for launch in India in early 2016. This bike is powered by a 798cc three cylinder engine offering 148 hp power while top speed stands at 269 kmph. MV Agusta F3 800 boasts of stage 8 traction control and ABS as seen on the Brutale 1090.

MV Agusta opens its new dealership in Mumbai in the coming weeks while the company also plans three other dealerships in Pune, Delhi and Bengaluru. Bookings are currently being conducted online at company website while service, spares and after sales support will be provided by Kinetic Group.
