The motorcycle is more affordable than the likes of KTM Duke 390, Kawasaki Z300 and Yamaha MT-03 in Europe.

As the BMW G310R compact naked sportsbike is gearing up to go on sale in Europe, the German automaker has released yet another promo video to create a buzz around the brand. The latest video is an extension of the previous one and it features Guto Negao, Longboard Downhill world champion.

In this video, the world champ talks about the similarities of going downhill on a longboard and astride the G310R.

BMW Motorrad has floated a new dedicated website for its most affordable motorcycle. Surprisingly, the website doesn’t list India as one of the initial markets although the motorcycle is made by TVS at its Hosur facility for global consumption.

The G310R is the first product to be launched under BMW-TVS technology cooperation agreement. BMW took care of the product development while TVS is in charge of production. The agreement will also spawn a TVS version of the G310R which will be a fully faired sportsbike (previewed by Akula 310 concept and is likely to be launched as Apache RTR 300).
