Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India have launched the 2018 CD 110 Dream DX in the country. Priced at Rs 48,641, the bike is presented in four color options of Black with Cabin Gold / Black with Green Metallic / Black with Grey Silver Metallic / Black with Red / Black with Blue Metallic.
Honda CD 110 Dream DX primarily targets the rural markets. It receives new body graphics on side panels under the seat, a long seat for added comfort and a wheelbase that promises better stability.
Suspension is also enhanced for smoother riding abilities. High ground clearance, a rear metal carrier and key lock utility box are also among its onboard features. To ideally suit the bike for both urban and rural use, it has a wide turning handle for easy handling of traffic. It gets tubeless tyres, maintenance free battery pack and viscous air filter.
Honda CD 110 Dream DX is powered by an 110cc motor that also powers other Honda Dream series models. This air cooled, single cylinder engine offers 8.3 hp power at 7,500 rpm and 9.1 Nm torque at 5,500 rpm mated to a 4 speed gearbox and offering a top speed of 86 kmph.
The bike commands ground clearance of 179mm and weight of 109 kgs. Seat height is at 820mm and it gets a fuel tank of 8 liter capacity. In terms of competition in India, the Honda CD 110 Dream DX will have to contend with the Hero Splendor and Bajaj Platina.
