New Honda Jazz Indian TVC ‘I Want Everything’ released – Video

Honda has released its latest pre-launch Indian TVC for its new premium hatchback with the tagline, “It doesn’t have one thing, it has everything”.

As the new Honda Jazz is all set to be launched next week, the company has released a pre-launch TVC which involves Indian actors. The promo video suggests that Honda Cars India is relying on the car’s elaborate equipment list (top-end variant) and its versatile nature to bring home high sales volumes.

The latest iteration of Jazz adopts a modern H-Design philosophy which renders a familiar front fascia. The miniature MPV like profile results in generous space on the inside while the funky rear end rounds off the design. The dashboard design is inspired from City. Flexible seats, touchscreen AVN, automatic climate control are the noteworthy features. Safety features include dual airbags and ABS with EBD.

Diesel variant returns an ARAI certified mileage of 27.3 kmpl.

Under the hood, 2015 Jazz offers familiar powertrain options. The 1.2-litre petrol engine is derived from the older gen car and is tuned to pump out 90 PS and 110 Nm of torque. A 5-speed manual gearbox or a 7-step CVT transmits power. The 1.5-litre diesel motor with 100 PS and 200 Nm of torque is has an outstanding ARAI certified fuel economy of 27.3 kmpl. Like City, Jazz diesel gets a 6-speed manual gearbox.

With VW Polo, Hyundai Elite i20, Fiat Punto Evo and higher variants of Maruti Swift in its sights, new Honda Jazz is estimated to be priced between INR 5-8 lakhs (ex-showroom).
